Cancellation Policy It is important you understand the terms and conditions below so please read carefully. These terms ensure everyone operates in a fair manner; occasionally there is a waiting list for lessons and if less than 24hours notice is given, your space cannot be filled. 1. At least 24 hours notice must be given for cancellations. 2. If less than 24 hours is given, the fee is still payable . This includes block/prepaid lessons and special offers. Emails and text messages state the date and time of sending, if you have to leave a message, please remember to say the time and date. These conditions are not changeable in any circumstance. In the event of an unpaid cancellation, a letter will be sent to the above address and referred to the Musicians Union.
